1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Beauty and cosmetic items
  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds may be issued through bank transfer or another suitable payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on verification and banking procedures.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or
  • A full refund, depending on the situation.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined in this policy.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Please inspect the package externally before accepting it.
  • If you notice visible damage, contact our support team immediately after receiving the parcel.
  • Refund or replacement requests will be handled according to this policy after verification.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Value Bazaar.
  • In cases of incorrect or defective products, return shipping costs may be covered by us after verification.
